When do live calls take place?
Here’s our general monthly rhythm with occasional updates due to holidays and scheduling conflicts:
1st Wed of each month: Live Intuitive Readings — 6:00 PM PT
These calls help you receive insight and validation around what’s currently unfolding for you.2nd Tue of each month: Live Q&A — 7:00 PM PT
A casual conversation where you can ask Jen anything — real-life situations, intuition questions, or what you’re navigating in the moment.3rd Wed of each month: Multidimensional Healing — 7:00 PM PT
A powerful group healing session working across all realms to clear blocks, calm the nervous system, and support deep integration.4th Tue of each month: Live Intuitive Readings — 3 PM PT
An additional live reading session to help you close the month with clarity, support, and intuitive guidance.
Some months may also include bonus sessions aligned with the New Moon or Full Moon, offered intuitively when the timing feels right.

Is this for beginners or people who’ve already done spiritual work?
Both. Some members are just starting to trust their intuition, while others have done years of inner work and want consistent support to embody it. GLOW UP meets you where you are and grows with you.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
That’s completely okay. All live calls are recorded and added to the library so you can watch (or rewatch) on your own time. Many members get just as much value from the replays as they do live.
Do I have to participate or share in the community?
No. The private Facebook community is there for connection and support, but participation is always optional. You’re welcome to observe quietly, engage occasionally, or be very active — whatever feels right for you.
